The LIB Salt Spray Testers is an advanced corrosion testing equipment that combines salt spray corrosion with precise control of temperature, humidity and SO2 gas. It meets international standards such as ASTM B117, ISO 9227, GB/T 10125 for salt spray testing. With a temperature range of +10°C to +90°C, humidity control from 30% to 98% RH, and SO2 gas control, this versatile salt fog tester enables a wide range of accelerated corrosion testing scenarios.
Saturated air is preheated in a 31 liter barrel built in the test chamber. The atomizer tower and spray nozzles generate a consistent corrosive salt fog environment. An PID touch screen control system allows easy programming and monitoring of test parameters like temperature, humidity, spray cycles.
